Helpful Media Hints

There are two different versions of videos on this page. The first is for viewing online (streaming video). In order to view these videos you will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed (it's free). Just click the "View (xxx MB)" of your choice (below).

The second version of video can be downloaded and used to display full screen. In order download and view them, you must:

• Have Quicktime Player installed - QuickTime is available free of charge from Apple.
• Be able to unzip the file - ZipGenius is available free of charge.
• Right click on the Download (xxx MB) link of your choice (below), and select "Save Target as..." or "Save Link As..."
